At Mantra Chocolate Official, we strive to deliver your chocolate quickly and in good condition. Please review our shipping and refund terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • European Union countries

  • Australia

  • Asia

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 1–3 business days

  • Canada: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, and import duties.

6. Packaging & Melt Risk

  • We use secure packaging and may include insulated materials in warm months.

  • Despite precautions, we cannot guarantee against melting during shipping.

7. Refund & Return Policy

  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll issue a replacement or refund.

  • Returns: Due to perishability, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days (customer pays shipping).

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations: Allowed within 24 hours if the order hasn’t shipped.

  • No Refunds for melting, wrong addresses, or refused shipments due to unpaid customs.
